How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

  • We usually get your order ready and shipped out within 1-3 business days (that’s Monday to Friday).

  • If you order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll start working on it the next business day.

  • Busy times (like sales or holidays) might slow us down a bit — processing could take up to 5 business days then.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days after we ship your order

Where Can You Ship To?

  • We ship to most countries — if yours isn’t on the list, you’ll find out at checkout.

  • Some countries have restrictions, so if there’s an issue, we’ll let you know ASAP.


Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • It might take a day or two for tracking info to show up in the system — don’t worry, it’s on its way!


What If Something Goes Wrong?

  • Lost or super delayed package? Email us at tidesandtrees.co@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help sort it out.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days and send some photos.

  • We’ll do our best to fix the problem — that might mean sending a replacement or giving a refund.

  • We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses.
